Evangelos Matragos graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, in 2002. His main discipline was Structural Engineering. He had his M.Sc in Management of Projects, at University of Manchester Institute Of Science and Technology with a specialty in Public-Private Partnerships and Project Finance.

He has published one paper during the  AATT international conference in 2008 titled  “PPPs  in  Transportation Projects in Greece Through a Comparison Between the Rion-Antirion Bridge and the Second Severn Crossing”

He has been employed in several companies, as Project Manager in several industrial projects around the country, as a Structural Engineer in the oil and gas sector participating in projects based in Kuwait, Lithouania and Motor Oil Hellas and as a Logistics Engineer in many local based projects.

He has participated, as an external consultant, in 8 co-funded European research projects, for the School of Transportation Planning NTUA.

He is accredited to curry out public structural and road works.

He is a Building Energy Auditor.

He is currently member of the Board of Directors at DESFA SA (The National Natural Gas System Operator)

 

Charalampos (Charis) Michalopoulos graduated in 2007 as a Chemical Engineer, from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He received his PhD from NTUA (School of Chemical Engineering, Laboratory of Inorganic & Analytical Chemistry) with a major in Environmental Engineering.
He has published ten (10) peer-reviewed papers in reputed international journals and eight (8) papers in proceedings of international conferences.
Over the last 14 years, He has been employed in several companies, as Technical and Scientific Advisor. Main responsibilities:
- Supervision of greenhouse gas emission monitoring and carbon footprint calculation.
- Conducting and supervising feasibility studies as well as environmental impact assessment.
- Submission of research proposals to Greek and European authorities.
- Project management in energy projects.
- Chemical analysis of raw materials and final products.
He has participated in various research projects at NTUA and Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Also, he was Scientific Associate of the Minister of Environment & Energy (2015-2018) and member of the Board of Directors at DEDA S.A. (Public Gas Distribution Networks) (2017-2019)

Dhmhtrhs Kontos graduated in 1995 as an Electrical Engineer and Computer Science Engineer, from the University of Patras. He has been involved in several Electrical and Mechanical projects as a designer and construction supervisor since 1997. Currently, he is an accredited inspector for energy sustainability in buildings.

 

Natalia Tselenth graduated as a Civil Engineer, from the National Technical University of Athens, with a major in Transportation Engineering. She had her M.Sc. in Finance and Logistics at Cass Business School of London. She has been involved in transportation projects in the field engineering design and cost benefit analysis, within several companies,  as well as a researcher in National Technical University of Athens at the Transportation Department.

She is Project Manager for the World Bank and the European Investment Bank for several transportation infrastructure projects in Western Balkans.

Nick Starras is Surveyor Engineer, with 14 years of experience both at public and private sector of Greece.

Responsible for executing, monitoring, controlling, Surveying and Cadastre works, for more than 500km of National roads, railways, airports and Islands of Greece.

Experienced on qualitative and quantitative control of G.I.S. projects (referring to farmers Subsidies), by digitizing satellite images according to land cover and use with the method of photo interpretation.

Certified Project Manager Professional (P.M.P.) from the Project Management Institute (P.M.I.) and Certified for teaching adults from the Greek National Organization of Qualifications (EOPPEP).
